Paw as a young boy growing up you were my mentor. You always found the time to bring us fishing, camping and hunting. I couldn’t ever possibly thank you enough for all that you’ve done for me. The memories are in the thousands and are all great. From taking us to Red Dirt deer hunting to chasing bass in Toledo Bend and Chicot Lake. You made all my childhood dreams come true. I’m pretty sure there were times when Wade and I probably were driving you crazy but you never showed it. You were always the wisest person I’ve ever known. I’m positive that you’ve left a lasting impact on every single person you’ve ever known. I can only pray and hope to be half the father, grandfather and great grandfather you were. Our family will truly love and miss you forever. Please tell Granny and Momma that we love and miss them. Rest In Peace “Rooster”.

There is not enough room on this site to cover all I can say about my Daddy. I was his first born, and he adored me and gave me so much love and attention. So many memories that I will cherish and hold in my heart. He will hold that part of my heart that NO ONE could ever fill. He was gentle, kind, honest sincere, and the hardest working man I have ever known. May you rest in the arms of Jesus, until I meet you again in Heaven(kiss mommie and my sweet sister for me). I love you and will miss you FOREVER. Love your daughter Gayle.
