Obituary for Suzanne Riche Usey
Suzanne Riche' Usey, 80, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021. Born September 10th, 1940 she was a native and resident of Schriever.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021 from 10:00 AM until service time at Saint Bridget Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1:00 PM at the church with burial following in the church cemetery.
She is survived by son, Terry James Usey (Susan); daughter, Amie Usey Ledet (Robbie); grandchildren, Lacey Cressione, Laura Roddy, Jake Ledet, Taylor Usey, Mollie Ledet and Maggie Ledet; great-grandchildren, Cassidy, Lorelei, Alex, Addison, Luke, Paisley, Tony, Reese and Brooks; brother, Ray Riche' (Cynthia).
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Davis Usey; parents, James Dewey Riche' and Mercedes Theriot Riche'; brother, Derrill Riche'; sister, Janet Chiasson.
She loved gardening and flowers, especially her orchids. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Bridget and would attend weekly chapel.
The family would like to thank her caregivers, Rhonda, Phyllis, Suzette, Jari, B.J., Lauren and Mickie for their care.
