Steve Anthony Campo, 79, died Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 1:50 AM. Born October 15, 1938, he was a native of Amite and resident of Houma, LA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 9:00 AM until service time at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, JoAnn Giglio Campo; sons, Sam (Peggy) Campo and Joseph (Cissy) Campo; daughters, Stephanie Campo and Laura (Robin) Tendolkar; grandchildren, Brittany Campo, Jennifer Britton, Luke and Anthony Tendolkar, Christopher Naquin; 3 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Frances Schittone Campo; brother, John “Sonny” Campo; sisters, Mary Frances Ardillo and Sara Melancon.
He retired from Shell Oil Company.
