Robert "Bobby" J. Breaux, 80, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 3:11 AM. Born February 28, 1941 he was a native and resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Lorraine Adams Breaux; daughter, Juli B. Dardar (Tommy); grandchildren, Robert "Robbie" M. Breaux (Megan), Lauren Breaux Chiasson (Bryce), Kaitlyn Dardar Zorn (David), Mallory Dardar; great grandchildren, Nora Zorn and Eleanor Breaux; sisters, Ellen Babin and Jane Breaux Bourgeois (Ken).

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roland and Esther Breaux; son Kelly J. Breaux.

He retired from Union Carbide after 25 years. After his retirement, Bob's love for fishing led him and his wife onto their next venture as the owners of Bob's Bayou Black Marina, his second home. He had a great love for LSU sports and spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In lieu of flowers or expressions of sympathy the family would prefer donations be made to the charity of your choice in his memory.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Heart of Hospice, their staff, nurses, and aides, Brian, Felicia, Amy, Nikki and Shemica, also the lifelong care given to him by Drs. Stephen Harris, Joshua Huval and Vance Broussard.
