Michael Keith Lafleur, 64, died Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 11:05 am. Born June 1, 1957, he was a native and resident of Houma, LA.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022 from 9:00 AM until service time at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM at the church with burial following at Saint Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
He is survived by his daughters, Heidi Lafleur, Kandice L. Birdsall (Gary) and their mother, his former wife, Kari Lafleur; grandchildren, Alexander Vicknair, Gary Birdsall, III, Eleanor Birdsall; father, Stephen Lafleur; brothers, Kenneth Lafleur, James Lafleur (Frankie).
He is preceded in death by his mother, Meryl "Cathy" Melancon Lafleur; brother, Stephen Lafleur, Jr.
Mike was the co-owner of Machine Shop Services for 40 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a loving father and grandfather who will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
