Kevin Joseph Rome, 63, died peacefully on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at home with his family. Born March 22, 1959, he was a native and resident of Vacherie, Louisiana.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 8:00 AM until service time at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 AM with burial following in the church cemetery.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Bertha Marie Oubre Rome; sisters, Lona Lasserre (Brian), Myra Peltier (Barry), Jessica Folse (Wade), Joan Rome.
He is also survived by 5 nephews and nieces, Ryan Peltier (Montana), John Lasserre, Brittany Folse, Sora and Jade Philip; 1 great nephew, Cameron Becnel and 1 great niece Kennedy Peltier.
He is preceded in death by his father, Leroy Rome and sister, Lola Rome.
Kevin loved to paint, be outdoors and spend time with his family.
