Kenny Alvin Jernigan, Jr., 29, died Saturday, December 16, 2023. Born August 23, 1994 he was a native and resident of Houma, Louisiana.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from 8:00 AM until service time at 10:00 AM at Ordoyne Funeral Home.
He is survived by his mother, Patty Campbell Jernigan; son, Bodie Jernigan; sister, Jamie Istre (Blayten); brother, Logan Jernigan; grandmother, Diane Valure Campbell; niece, Addilynn Istre. He is also survived by his numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his dog, Lucy.
He is preceded in death by his father, Kenny Jernigan, Sr.; grandfather, Richard Campbell.
He loved hunting, and detailing cars and boats.
His family is thankful he was able to be an organ donor and give the gift of life to many others.
