Heartfelt Sympathies

From the time I can remember you were my hero. You were the world's toughest man the all time greatest fisherman. You could fix anything. The very first comedian I ever met and the reason I've always loved to laugh. You are the reason I always wanted to be a dad so that maybe just maybe I could grow up and be just like my hero. You taught me how to fish and gave me a passion for football and cooking. You taught me how to spit and how to shave and to be responsible with my pocket knife. You made sure that you taught me more importantly about God and Love so Daddy when you see Jesus tell him I said thank you for my Daddy. I love you I always have just like I know you have always loved me no matter how stubborn we are. When I make it there we'll have to go fishing but until I do make it there I'm gonna try to be more like my hero my Daddy. I love you.
