Gary "Iceman" Joseph Andras, Sr., 74 , died Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 11:15 AM. Born May 16, 1947, he was a native of Choctaw and resident of Thibodaux.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Ordoyne Funeral Home with burial following at Saint Joseph Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Annalee Babin Andras; sons, Gary Andras, Jr. (Tina), Anthony Andras (Ashley); daughters, Tabitha Bourgeois (Johnny), Joanie Folse, April Bergeron; grandchildren, Joseph, Harley (Ian), Bryce, Hermione, Carmen, Chase, Hailey, Dalton, Anthony, Jr., Carolyn; siblings, O'Neal Navarre, Sr., Robert Andras, Sr., Patsy Templeton
He is preceded in death by his parents, Clovis and Atlas Clement Andras.
He worked for 17 years at Caldwell Sugars as a Mill Mechanic. He enjoyed woodworking. He was a caring and loving, husband, father, grandfather and friend to so many and will be dearly missed.
As per state government guidelines, masks must be worn for all those attending the services.
Ordoyne Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
