Freddie “Fred” Joseph Perez, Jr., 58 , died Tuesday, August 3, 2021. Born September 18, 1962, he was a native of Amite and resident of Thibodaux.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 9:00 AM until service time at Ordoyne Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
He is survived by his daughter, Kayla Perez Gaudet; son, Lonnie Clement; grandchildren, Jeremy Gaudet, Joseph Gauthier, Mercedez Gauthier, Roman Clement, Dax Clement; father, Freddie Perez (Linda); sister, Vicky Perez, Myra Percle; half brother, Jeffrey Chamberlain; and his companion; Denise Schaubhut.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Melba Cathy Morvant; son, Jeremy Perez; brother, Preston Perez.
As per state guidelines, for all those attending services, masks are required.
Ordoyne Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
