Eric “Waldo” Paul Benoit, 45, entered into heaven on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 6:47 am. Born on August 23, 1976, he was a native and resident of Schriever.
He is survived by his companion of 26 years, LeAnna Authement; sons, Caleb Benoit, Kevin Authement, Evan Lodrigue; mother, Donna Lee McClelland; father, Milton Benoit, Jr.; brother, Bronson Benoit; brothers at heart, Sidney Pike, IV, Brandon Moore, Courtney Moore, Jared Bradley; sister at heart, Ashley Burk; grandparents, Marin and Fred McClelland and Marion Benoit.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Milton Benoit, Sr.
He was an avid outdoorsman, big foot hunter, and a handyman who was willing to help everyone who needed. He will be dearly missed by his family and now joins his best friend, the late Joe Cool, in infinity.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made to the family.
Services will be held at a later date.
