Emily Clare Gros Patton, 73, died Friday, February 01, 2019, 5:28 PM. Born February 07, 1945 she was a native of Thibodaux, longtime resident of Los Angeles, CA and current resident of Thibodaux.
There will be a private family celebration in her honor.
She is survived by her son, Todd Marshall Patton; sisters, Mary Susan (Ted) Hoffmann, Judy (Maurice) Mathieu, Ruth (Ronald "Taunt") Thibodeaux, Laura (Abby) Ellender; brothers, Edmond (Maria) Gros, Jr., Ronald Gros; sister in law, Darlene Gros and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Lloyd Patton; parents, Edmond Gros, Sr. and Lucy Mae Gros; brother, Robert Gros; sister in law, Virgie Benoit Gros.
She was a talented seamstress. She loved movies and reading. She served her community by working for the Thibodaux Police Department and CASA of Lafourche for many years.
