Doe, as she was known, was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales and member of their prayer group. She loved cooking, gardening, shopping, music, crossword puzzles, arranging flowers and painting. She loved listening and tapping her feet to the songs provided by the Piece of Cake band at The Homestead. She made the best pralines and was always willing to share them.

Doe was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She had a kind heart-despite having Parkinson's she would never forget to say Thank You. She cherished the outings with Bill for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren's school and sporting events.

We would like to thank The Homestead Staff and Haydel Hospice nurse, Patti Voss for their love and care during her stay.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to either the Foundation for TGMC, TGMC Parkinson’s Support Group, 8166 Main Street Houma, La. 70360, Vandebilt Catholic High School Athletic Department, Attn: Betsy Breerwood, 209 S.
