Charles E. Glenn, passed away at the age of 82 on September 1, 2022 at 11:30 PM. He was born in Knoxville, TN on August 17, 1941. He was a longtime resident of Recklaw, Texas where he served as Mayor for several terms. He was a current resident of Thibodaux, LA.

He was preceded in death by, Sally Glenn, his wife of 57 years; parents, Pearl and Charlie Glenn; sisters, Lorene Stallings, Wanda Radcliff & Sondra Whaley; half brother, Floyd Glenn; brother in law, Ron Thornton; grandson, Todd Cashio.

He is survived by his daughters, Susan Cashio and husband Sam; Terrilee Royce and husband Jerry, Sherry Montgomery and husband Jody; sons, Gregory Glenn and wife Michelle; Craig Glenn and wife Danielle; ex daughter in law, Pam Glenn Lynch; grandchildren, Shawn, Josh, Courtnie, Kara, Jason, Jeremy, Quinton, Sidney, Hayden, Parker, Brady, Brandy, Cody and Mary; several great grandchildren; sisters, Sheila Thorton, Janice Hickman and husband Walt.

He was a general superintendent for Bellows Construction. He loved antique cars and car shows. He won many trophies for his cars. He and his wife Sally, traveled to many places. They went to Japan, China, Russia, France, Italy, Sweden and Denmark. He loved hunting, but most of all he loved his wife. He was lost without her when she passed away and now he is back by her side.
