Catherine “Bae Bae” Woods, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 2:59 PM. She was born August 1, 1952 to Dave Duncan, Jr. and Gertie Mae Duncan Chievers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 9:00 AM until service time at Moses Baptist Church. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM with burial following at Moses Baptist Cemetery #1.
She is survived by her children, Sherry (Julius) Blackmon, Jr., Latisha, Sheena and Corey Woods of Thibodaux. She is also survived by her sisters Mary Ann (John) Campbell, Betty (Herbert) Jackson, Elizabeth, Barbara and Janice Duncan, brothers Jeffrey, Larry, and Gerald Duncan all of Thibodaux. She also leaves to cherish her memories, 8 grandchildren, Sherimeka, Tisherica, Eric, Jr., Julaya, Jayden, Julian, Coreynesha and Ca’layshia; godchild, Dwayne James, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dave Duncan, Jr. and Gertie Mae Duncan Chievers; brothers, Royal, Lionell, Bernard, Herbert (Duna) Duncan; grandmothers, Easter Sargent and Lillian Duncan; grandfathers, James Sargent and Dave Duncan, Sr.
