Alexie “T-Leck” N. Verdin, 68, died on Sunday, November 24, 2019. Born, November 26, 1950 he was a native of Houma and resident of Galliano.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 17 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Golden Meadow, 187 Oakridge Dr. Golden Meadow, LA 70357. A Memorial Service will begin at 7:00 PM.
He is survived by sister, Lubera Verdon Flores; his longtime companion's children, Yancy Guidry, Sr., Richard Billiot, Shane Billiot, Sr., John Billiot, Sr., Angie Gomez, Shoneray O’Haver. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Callais Verdon and Estella Billiot Martinez; life partner and longtime companion, Beulah Trahan; siblings, Loretta Ambrona Billiot, Joe Martinez, Patrick Martinez, Minor Martinez.
Anyone who met him loved him and he never met a stranger.
