Obituary for Aldus "Gene" Bergeron
Aldus "Gene" Bergeron, 50, died Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 at 7:39 PM. Born August 27th, 1970, he was a native of Morgan City and resident of Thibodaux.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 11:00 AM until service time at Ordoyne Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will begin at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. A private burial will be held.
He is survived by his wife Laura Hebert Bergeron; daughters, Topanga Bergeron and Bryleigh Bergeron, affectionately known to him as Bruce and George; siblings, Ricky Bergeron, Debbie (Tony) Ackman, Darlene Bergeron.
He is preceded in death by his son, Michael Gene Bergeron; parents, Aldus and Ella Mae Carville Bergeron.
He was a wonderful and loving father and husband and will be dearly missed. He was a true inspiration to many and will always be remembered as Geno Van Damn "GVD".
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
